Quality Manager

As a quality manager you will work closely with project managers and experts to ensure that deliverables meet defined requirements. The successful candidate enjoys coordinating, assuring, and improving quality assurance processes in a fast-developing environment.

Main Tasks:

  • Plan, coordinate, and document quality management processes
  • Define methods and metrics for quality assurance and measurement
  • Conduct quality assessments and reviews
  • Coach employees in quality standards and processes
  • Develop proposals for improvement of the quality management process
  • Develop periodical reports on quality and risk

Knowledge/Skills:

  • University degree in business or engineering disciplines
  • Sound knowledge and proven track record in quality management in the financial services industry
  • Project experience and test management know-how
  • Good organisational, conceptual, and communication skills
  • General banking know-how and CMMI knowledge of an asset
  • Fluency in English and German mandatory
